Contact Dreamz Journal

A direct line to the editor. We read every email.

Dreamz Journal is run by a small team and edited by Jay Tee. Email is the most reliable way to reach us — we don’t hide behind a contact form, and we don’t route to a chatbot. If you write, a human will read it.

What to email about

Response time

We answer within 48 hours, usually within 24. We’re based in the United States and respond on Pacific time. If you don’t hear back within three days, the email may have been caught by a spam filter — resend with a different subject line and we’ll find it.

What not to email about

We’re not licensed mental-health professionals. If you’re asking whether a dream means something is medically wrong, or you’re experiencing recurring distressing dreams, please speak with a therapist or your doctor. We’re grateful you trust us with the question, but answering it isn’t something we’re qualified to do honestly. Read more on the methodology page about what dream interpretation is and isn’t.

If you’re in crisis: in the United States, dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Outside the US, the International Association for Suicide Prevention maintains a global directory of crisis lines.

App support vs. editorial

If your question is specifically about the Dreamz iOS app — subscriptions, restoring purchases, account recovery — the in-app support page has step-by-step troubleshooting that might be faster than email. Editorial questions about the website, the symbol library, or the long-form articles are best handled here.
